Happy Mer-day | Mermaid Birthday Cake

Make a splash on their big day! A dreamy under-the-sea cake with a shimmering mermaid tail, seashells, an octopus, a seahorse and colourful coral, perfect for little ones who love the ocean.

What it is: Soft fresh cream chiffon sponge cake, finished with buttercream frosting and an under-the-sea mermaid image printed in edible ink. The birthday child's name and age are printed on the cake (for example "Happy 5th Birthday Chloe"); just tell us the name and age when you order. Choose your base colour: blue, pink, off-white or yellow.

Perfect for: mermaid and under-the-sea themed birthday parties for little girls and boys, from first birthdays to primary school celebrations.

Sizes and servings:

• 7 inch: 8–10 people
• 9 inch: 14–20 people
• 11 inch: 25–35 people

Options: Eggless version available. Add candles, number candles or a birthday topper to complete the party.

We highly encourage you to check the condition of the cake before acceptance. If the cake is damaged at the point of delivery, kindly contact the number stated in the site and we will make alternative arrangements for you. Whatever happens, do contact our friendly customer service and we’ll do our best to help you!

For fresh cream/eggless cake, you should refrigerate the cake till just before serving. It is best consumed straight from the fridge. It should last out of the fridge for about 1 hour.

For buttercream cake, it can be left in cold aircon room for 2 – 3 hours. Otherwise, it would need to be refrigerated. If refrigerated, please allow the cake to thaw for 1 hr (non air-con) to 2hr (air-con) before cutting the cake, for best taste.

If the cake contains fondant, it can be left in aircon room for 2 – 3 hours. Please remove any pieces of fondant on your cake if you wish to store your cake in the fridge. Otherwise, they must be taken out of refrigeration to an aircon temperature of 18°C - 20°C. This is to prevent condensation from forming, which may disfigure the fondant.

Our cakes are best consume within 3 days from collection date if stored in a chiller.
