Slot 1: 10am-2pm,

Same Day Delivery:

Same day deliveries are possible if orders are made before 12pm, but are subject to availability of product(s) and delivery schedule. Do contact us via Whatsapp: +65 8818 2981 to enquire before making your purchase through our website. There will be NO REFUND for purchases made before confirmation with our staff.

If your total order value is $150 and above, delivery is free.

If your order falls below $150, there will be a delivery charge of $12 (island-wide)

Specific time delivery
S$35 delivery fee will be applicable for specific time delivery request to one location within Singapore (between 10am – 10pm); please allow +- of 15 mins of allowance in that event, our delivery personnel have difficulty locating the delivery site. Do contact us via Whatsapp: +65 8818 2981 for this special arrangement.

* If your delivery address is to a hotel, chalet or office building, we send it to the nearest car pick up/drop off area and our delivery person will call prior to delivery.

* If your delivery address is to a restaurant, please leave the name of the table booked under, so we can leave the cake under your name.

Unfortunately, we do not have a self collection point at the moment. We are working with partners to provide self collection station around Singapore

We highly encourage you to check the condition of the cake before acceptance. If the cake is damaged at the point of delivery, kindly contact the number stated in the site and we will make alternative arrangements for you. Whatever happens, do contact our friendly customer service and we’ll do our best to help you!

Please make your orders three days in advance. For example, if you need the cake by Thursday, complete the order latest by Tuesday before noon.

For premium design cakes, make your orders 5-7 days in advance

However, if you need the cake earlier, don't hesitate to get in touch with us via our Whatsapp chat

For orders 2days or less before delivery date - there is a 100% cancellation charge.

Nevertheless, we understand every situation is different and we’ll do our best to help.

For fresh cream/eggless cake, you should refrigerate the cake till just before serving. It is best consumed straight from the fridge. It should last out of the fridge for about 1 hour.

For buttercream cake, it can be left in cold aircon room for 2 – 3 hours. Otherwise, it would need to be refrigerated. If refrigerated, please allow the cake to thaw for 1 hr (non air-con) to 2hr (air-con) before cutting the cake, for best taste.

If the cake contains fondant, it can be left in aircon room for 2 – 3 hours. Please remove any pieces of fondant on your cake if you wish to store your cake in the fridge. Otherwise, they must be taken out of refrigeration to an aircon temperature of 18°C - 20°C. This is to prevent condensation from forming, which may disfigure the fondant.

Our cakes are best consume within 3 days from collection date if stored in
a chiller.   

Cream cake: All of our all-time favourites and photocake are cream cake.

Buttercake: Most of our tall ombre cake and korean-styled cakes are buttercake

All our cake decorations and craft are handmade. So, the designs could have slight variations from the picture

Cakes are of course sweet, so eat in moderation. Having said that, our cakes are generally less sweet than regular cakes.
